These Terms of Service apply to use of aolanlabeauty.com and to standard products purchased through the website. Private-label, OEM, wholesale, sample, and custom projects may also be governed by an accepted quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, specification, or separate agreement.
About the website
AOLANLA Beauty Tools provides information about makeup brushes, beauty accessories, standard products, and custom manufacturing services. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. If you use the website for a company, you confirm that you have authority to act for that company. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Colors, texture, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, natural materials, hand-finishing, manufacturing tolerances, and batch variation. Product images are illustrative unless a particular approved sample or specification is expressly incorporated into a custom order.
Prices and orders
Website prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, duties, taxes, customization, sampling, packaging, and other project costs may be additional. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may review, accept, decline, or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or content is materially incorrect, payment cannot be confirmed, fraud is suspected, delivery is unavailable, or legal restrictions apply. If we cancel after receiving payment, we will arrange a refund for the cancelled amount.
Payments
Online payments are processed by PayPal. Custom and wholesale orders follow the payment schedule stated in the accepted quotation or invoice. The customer is responsible for accurate billing information and any bank, currency-conversion, intermediary, or destination charges not expressly included in our quotation.
Custom and private-label projects
For custom work, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving specifications, artwork, spelling, colors, dimensions, samples, packaging, quantities, and regulatory requirements before production. Approval may be given electronically. Changes requested after approval may affect cost and timing.
The customer confirms that it has the right to use any name, logo, artwork, design, or other material it supplies and that our authorized use of those materials will not infringe another party’s rights. We may decline content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, deceptive, or technically unsuitable.
Delivery, title, and risk
Shipping availability and responsibility are described in our Delivery Information page and, for B2B orders, in the accepted commercial documents. Title and risk transfer according to the delivery term agreed for the order and any mandatory applicable law.
Returns and claims
Returns, damaged goods, defects, incorrect shipments, and custom-order claims are handled under our Refunds & Returns Policy and any project-specific terms agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
The website, AOLANLA branding, text, graphics, photographs, layout, and other original content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the website for legitimate purchasing or business-evaluation purposes. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit website content without permission.
Prohibited use
You may not use the website to violate law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, collect data without authorization, submit fraudulent orders, or misrepresent identity or authority.
Third-party services
The website may use or link to third-party services such as PayPal, carriers, social platforms, and external content. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.
Disclaimer and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Any liability relating to an order will be limited as permitted by law and subject to the order documents agreed by the parties.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms for future website use and orders. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction are not limited by these terms.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business operator and transaction, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to a consumer. For B2B orders, the governing law and dispute forum may be specified in the accepted quotation, purchase order, or separate agreement. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern directly.
