Delivery arrangements depend on whether you purchase a standard product through our online shop or place a wholesale, private-label, or OEM order.
Online checkout shipping rates
Shipping rates are based on the delivery country and the order subtotal after discounts. The options available for your address are shown at checkout. Transit estimates below begin after dispatch; please allow 1–3 business days for in-stock order processing.

Express Shipping: available for supported standard-shipping regions at US$29.99. Estimated transit is 3–7 business days for North America, Oceania, the UK and Europe; 2–5 business days for East and Southeast Asia; 4–8 business days for the Middle East; and 7–12 business days for Latin America. When an order qualifies for free standard shipping, Express Shipping remains available as a paid upgrade.
These estimates do not include customs inspection or delays outside the carrier’s control. Destination-country duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless an accepted quotation or checkout option expressly states otherwise.
International and B2B delivery
For international, wholesale, sample, private-label, and OEM orders, freight cost, carrier, delivery term, destination, customs responsibility, and estimated transit time are confirmed in the quotation or order documents before payment or production.
Available transport may include express courier, air freight, sea freight, or another agreed method depending on shipment size, destination, urgency, and product requirements.
Processing and production time
In-stock products are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment and order review. Custom projects require time for specification confirmation, artwork, sampling where applicable, approval, material preparation, production, quality control, and packing. The applicable estimate will be provided for each order; production starts only after the required approvals and payment conditions are met.
Tracking and delivery estimates
When tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing. Customs inspection, weather, carrier disruption, peak periods, force majeure, or an incorrect address may cause delays outside our reasonable control.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage, documentation, or customs charges. Responsibility for these amounts depends on the delivery term stated in the accepted quotation or order documents. Where no different term is agreed, the recipient is responsible for destination-country import charges.
Address changes
Check the shipping address carefully before confirming your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change after fulfilment or dispatch has started, and carrier correction or redelivery charges may apply.
Damaged, missing, or delayed shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, inner packaging, and goods before discarding anything. Contact us promptly with the order number and evidence so that we can work with the carrier and determine an appropriate resolution.
