THE CUSHION
A softer point of contact.
The flexible rubber pad sits beneath the lashes as the frame closes. Use a light squeeze; more pressure is not a substitute for careful positioning.
One spare curling pad is included. Replace the fitted pad if it becomes split, hardened or deeply compressed.

THE PRE-MASCARA RITUAL
Three simple steps.
Start with clean, dry lashes before mascara. Look slightly down and place the open curler near the roots without catching the lid.
Close with light pressure for a few seconds. Release fully; if needed, repeat farther along the lashes for a softer curve.
Remove the tool before applying mascara. Never tug the lashes or use the curler over wet mascara.

Wipe the frame and pad after use and keep them dry. Check that the jaw closes evenly before each use. Replace a worn pad; do not use a bent or damaged frame.

This is the most popular eyelash curler I have ever used. As you can see from the pictures I have used before, there is no ideal effect when I have to clip it many times before.
