A considered base routine.
A broad, fine-fibre foundation brush with a thin side profile, polished copper ferrule and glossy black lacquered wood grip. Use the flat surface to spread a small amount of foundation, then work the edges with a lighter touch.
THE FINE WORKING SURFACE
A flat edge.
A clean beginning.
The broad working surface measures approximately 3 cm across, with about 1 cm of exposed hair. Keep the short fibres clean so the flat edge remains ready for gentle foundation passes.
The photograph shows a real cleansing demonstration. Wash the fibres without soaking the ferrule or lacquered wood grip.
LIGHT CONTACT
Spread in passes.
Build only where needed.
Place a small amount of foundation on the hand or face, then spread it with gentle strokes. Adjust pressure and use the narrower edge around smaller areas.
Finish depends on formula, skin preparation and technique. Start lightly rather than loading the entire head with product.
LACQUER & METAL
Black in the grip.
Light in the junction.
A glossy black lacquered wood handle pairs with a polished copper ferrule. The sculpted junction and rounded grip end give the compact brush a clear, coordinated finish.
The reflective surface styling is not a waterproof claim. Keep the handle and ferrule out of standing water.
AFTER THE ROUTINE
Blot gently.
Let the shape return.
After rinsing the fibres, press away excess moisture with a clean tissue or towel. Reshape the flat edge gently and leave the brush to air-dry flat.
Do not twist, tug or dry the brush with strong heat. Store it only after the fibres are completely dry.

How to use
Spread a small amount of foundation with gentle passes. Use the flat surface for larger areas and the edge for smaller contours. Clean the brush between uses as needed.
How to clean
Wash the fibres gently with a suitable brush cleanser. Keep the ferrule and wood grip out of standing water, rinse, blot, reshape and air-dry flat. Avoid soaking or pulling the hair.
